Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the operators of CKArena ("we") collect when you use the site. The game itself runs on public blockchains. Wallet addresses, token balances, and transactions are public there whether or not you use this site. We cannot delete or hide that record.

1. Information we process

Wallet address and chain id, when you connect.
A sign-in cookie after you sign a login message, so the site can load your pupils.
Email and wallet address, if you join the waitlist.
Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
Limited first-party product events, such as a guest spar, a Pit view or purchase attempt, a connected fight, or a rest-voucher request. These events use a random ID kept in this tab's session storage.
For abuse prevention and aggregate funnel measurement, product events may include daily-rotating, one-way hashed network identifiers and, for signed-in server events, a one-way hashed wallet identifier. The product-event store does not keep the raw IP address or raw wallet address.
Website analytics from Google Analytics: the pages you view, which buttons you press, your approximate location and device type, and which link or video sent you here (campaign tags such as utm_source in the address). We do not send your email address or your wallet address to Google Analytics.

We do not ask for your name, seed phrase, or private key. Do not send those to us.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run the game, keep a session, operate the invite list, debug failures, and answer email you send us. We also use aggregate first-party event counts to understand where the game works or fails, and Google Analytics counts to see which pages and links bring people in. We do not sell personal information, share product events for advertising, or use them to build an advertising profile. Google's advertising features and signals are switched off for our property.

3. Processors

The site is hosted by our infrastructure provider. Wallet connections use your wallet software. Chain reads may go through an RPC provider. Google processes website analytics data under its own terms. Those parties process data under their own terms. A transaction you sign is broadcast to the network and is not private.

4. Cookies

The session cookie is used to keep you signed in. You can reject the signature and browse as a guest. Guest spar does not require an account. Product telemetry uses session storage rather than an advertising cookie, and the client does not send these events when your browser reports Do Not Track. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to tell visits apart. It does not load at all when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and you can also block it in your browser settings or with a content blocker.

5. Retention and children

Waitlist rows stay until we delete them or you ask us to. Server logs are kept for operations and then dropped. First-party product events are automatically pruned after 90 days. The app is not directed at children under 18. Do not use it if you are under 18.

6. Risk, same as the terms

CKArena is a game. CLAW is an in-game token, not a security, and we do not promise future utility, value, or a market. Smart contracts can fail or be exploited. Using any function of this app, including wrap and buying CLAW, is at your own risk. The operators are not liable for losses from that use, as stated in the Terms of Service.
